Excited to be a mentor in Arc Institute’s inaugural AIxBio Fellows Program! I am mentoring the BioReason-Cell team (Adib Fallahpour, Mohammadparsa Idehpour, and Arihant Jain) on interpretable cellular modeling combining LLMs with the STATE virtual cell. The program received over 300 applications and selected 5 teams of undergraduates for 6–12 month research projects.
